Lemongrass & Star Anise

Thai lemongrass blended with hand crushed star anise, these two intense flavours combined have a perfect balance of citrus and sweetness.

Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.

Infuse for 5-10 minutes at 100°C.

Ingredients: lemon grass and star anise.
