Peppermint & Cardamom

The sweet, spicy flavour of cardamom combined with the menthol of peppermint.  This blend is also good to drink as a herbal tisane after a heavy meal!

Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.

Infuse for 5-10 minutes at 100°C.

Ingredients: peppermint and cardamom pods.

A 10g Taster will make up to 5 250ml cups of tea.
