Biddy's Blend

This custom blend was created by ourselves for Biddy's Tearoom in 2013, and due to popular demand, we are adding it to our collection for all to try!  Previously only available in Biddy's Tearooms in Norwich or Aylsham served with giant slabs of freshly baked cake this elusive blend can now be enjoyed at home.

A China black tea base is blended with floral, sweet and fruity flavours.  

Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.

Infuse for 3-5 minutes at 100°C.

Ingredients: black tea, natural bergamot oil, natural orange flavouring, natural flavourings orange peel, jasmine flowers, vanilla pieces, rose petals.

An 20g Taster will make 10 250ml cups of tea.
