Vata Blend

Refresh yourself with this invigorating yet balancing infusion.  This cinnamon based blend is spicy, sweet and full flavoured.

Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.

Brew for 5-10 minutes at 100°C.

Ingredients: cinnamon, LIQUORICE root, ginger, fennel, orange peel, cardamom.
