Whole Peppermint Leaves

This refreshing menthol infusion has many benefits. It is said to help with stress, weight loss, soothing colds, and easing digestion. Whole peppermint leaves make for a lighter infusion than cut ones.

Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.

Infuse for 5-10 minutes at 100°C.
