Wild Berries Fruit Infusion

So many different berries are blended into this tisane.  The flavour is full and fruity, with the sweet tangy flavours of raspberry and strawberry harmonising with the rich base of blackberry, elderberry and blueberry.

Use a heaped teaspoon per cup.

Infuse for 10-12 minutes at 100°C.

Ingredients: sultanas, hibiscus, elderberries, flavouring, freeze dried whole blackberries, freeze dried whole raspberries and strawberry pieces, blackberry leaves, blueberries, blackcurrants.

A 20g taster will make up to 8 250ml cups of tea.
